About Us

Parti Gras is an adult-only, community-wide fundraising event to support the public schools of South Pasadena. All guests must be 21 years or older to attend.

The South Pasadena Educational Foundation was founded in 1979 by concerned local parents and community members with a mission to support educational excellence in the public schools of South Pasadena.  Since then, SPEF has donated more than $18 million to all 5 South Pasadena public schools.  Supported by volunteers, businesses, and people like you, those donations have impacted every student at every school. Strong schools help our kids and our community thrive.  We at SPEF want to do even more to expand the opportunities we give to our kids.  We can only do that with your support!
